Why we take work home and personal problems to work - breaking the cycle of stress, conflict and strained relationships

Sometimes we come home from work, but work comes with us. At other times we sit at our desks while our thoughts remain with a morning argument, our children, our partner or worries left at home. We cannot simply switch one life off at four o'clock and turn the other one on.
