Online webinar for educational institutions

Your institution's reputation is in your hands

One poorly handled conversation can do more damage to an institution than a hundred good days, while one strong example can change the climate of an entire team. Kindergartens and schools are constantly visible to parents, local communities and the public. Trust is built slowly and can be lost in a moment, which makes professionalism fundamental. The webinar gets to the point: what professionalism means, why example matters and how to remain calm, firm and fair when facing a difficult person.
