Day 1: AI in administration

Day 2: AI in marketing

social media, articles, email campaigns and sales copy
creating landing pages with AI
adapting content and analysing target audiences

creating visual content and generating and editing images
video, avatars, music and other creative content
analysing results and interpreting marketing data

Day 3: AI agents and automation

what AI agents are and how they differ from ordinary AI use
identifying processes suitable for automation
breaking a business process into steps and writing agent instructions
building specialised AI assistants
agents working with documents, data and other information sources
connecting AI with business applications
defining agent rules, limits and responsibilities
checking results and supervising agent operation
security, data privacy and responsible AI - agent use
hands - on creation of an AI agent or automated workflow

With 15 years of experience in the digital world, she specialises in the strategic adoption of AI in work processes. Over the past two years she has trained more than 3,000 participants and worked with over 150 organisations.

Manca Gruden

AI strategy and business - process automation expert

She has worked in artificial intelligence since 2022, contributing to Slovenian and European AI projects and developing curricula for companies, public institutions and individuals.

She founded AyvaTech, where she develops AI strategies, automates business processes, leads AI projects and trains organisations. She has delivered more than 800 hours of lectures and workshops across the public, business, finance and education sectors.

Her focus is turning AI theory into practice, from daily tools to advanced solutions, agents and automation, with particular attention to effective and responsible use.
