Andreja Samec Koderman

HR processes and employment - law compliance expert

She has more than 25 years of experience in human resources development, HR process optimisation and employment - law compliance.

She advises organisations on HR development, process optimisation, employment - law compliance, job evaluation, progression, reward systems and competency models.

She has authored more than 40 articles and is an experienced mentor to HR professionals.

She received the Talent Acquisition Leadership Award at the World HRD Congress in Mumbai in 2015 and 2017 and is a graduate economist specialising in human resources management.
